Vintage Sargent Hydraulic Door Closer Left Hand Not complete? Industrial

Description

This was part of estate I purchased.  I think it may be missing a piece on the arm that would extend from the two holes to the wall mount but I am not familiar with these and do not know if it would be missing anything else.  If the number on top is a manufacture date it would be Sept of 1969.  The hydraulics seem to work very well and smooth.  Please see all pics for what is included and the condition.
