Portugal Chicken with Chicks Tureen with Ladle

This is a beautiful tureen made in Portugal.  There is a maker name stamped in the round circle but I can not be sure who it is.  This is a large tureen and it comes with the original ladle.  There are several chips on the tureen, lid and on the ladle.  The tureen itself has 2 chickadees that have damaged beaks as shown in photos 6 and 7.  There are 5 of these chickadees surrounding their mom.  There is also a imperfection on the base as seen in photo 5.  The lid has 2 larger chips at the tip of the feathers towards the backside as seen in photo 11 and 12.  There are also some smaller flecks around the edge at top of lid and around lower feathers.  The ladle has 2 marks where the ladle sits on the bowl and the tip of the birds nose is chipped as seen in photo 9.  This is a beautiful useable piece.  Will look great on display or in the center of the table filled with soup.  There is so much detail on this piece.  Please feel free to ask any questions and thank you for shopping with us.  Feel free to ask any questions.
