    Description

Absolute prime 2 piece fossil coral geode from Georgia. Large interior filled with botryoidal formations composed of thick translucent agate that fluoresces brightly under UV black light. Cut edges can be polished to a glassy shine if so desired. Outside shows the structure of the ancient coral. This is a true showpiece. You won't be disappointed!  Ready for the display case. Photos taken dry.  Excellent addition to a rock, mineral, or fossil collection.
    Approximate overall measurements are 4.75" x 4" x 3".
Georgia fossil coral is approx. 25-45 million years old, is around 7 on the Moh's scale, and is highly prized for jewelry and lapidary work.
I'm out there collecting and cutting these great rocks myself and blogging about it at zookeeperfossils.  eBay sales help support my rockhounding habit.
Combined shipping is always available and I will refund excess postage when applicable.
    Thank you!
