    Description

    Antique Staffordshire brown transferware vegetable bowl tureen Tonquin 1891.
    Covered casserole or tureen vegetable serving dish with lid, pattern name TONQUIN potted by Alfred Meakin Staffordshire district c: 1891- 1930. Approximately 9 1/2 inches handle to handle and 5 inches to finial. The serving bowl is a Brown transfer on a white ground, very good used condition, light crazing on base, a small area of staining on the bottom of the bowl, no chips no cracks, no hairlines etc.,
