It is Superb Semi-Porcelain and the number is hard to read so not sure if it is 206886 or if it is 206686. I could find no chips or cracks, but there is crazing and discoloration due to age. I believe this is blue transfer ware, but the color is like a dark bluish green. Please look closely at pictures.
