1991 Country Geese Embossed Envelope Irv Pope HP First Day Cover Scott U-624 FDC. The late Irv Pope lived in North Little Rock Arkansas. He was an artist that specialized in watercolors and clowns. He did cachets for me for 5 years before he moved out of state. About 85% of the watercolor cachets he did for me featured clowns. He did about 35 cachets for me.
